What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 9am to 2pm Mon, Tues., Thurs. and Friday and Saturday 9am to 1pm. PHONES ANSWERED weekdays 9am to 5pm and Sat. 9am to 1pm. Office CLOSED SUNDAY AND WEDNESDAY. Additional hours are available by appointment.
What are your access hours?
Our gate is open to our customers 7 days/week from 7:00am to 9:00pm during Daylight Savings Time. Access outside these hours may be accommodated with approval and 48 hours prior notice. For security, no move ins or move outs may take place after dark.
How do I get started?

What are your facility’s security features?
Our self-storage facility is fully enclosed, gated, well lit, and equipped with security cameras throughout the area allowing safe and secure storage of your belongings.
What information is needed to rent a storage unit?
We ask for a valid driver’s license and proof or choice of insurance within 10 days of move-in. If storing a vehicle, we also require proof of insurance, a copy of vehicle registration, title and any applicable lien information.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A late fee will be assessed, and access may be denied until account is brought to current. Applicable lien laws will go into effect 30 days late. Lien and auction proceedings will begin after 60 days late.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows you to park your vehicle in front of your unit and complete your move conveniently in minutes. Loading and unloading your items will be that easy!
Are any items prohibited from being stored?
Yes, we do not permit the storage of any kind of food or perishable items or items that are toxic, hazardous, flammable or illegal. Any items containing oil or gasoline must be emptied and stored with a protective barrier underneath to avoid permanent damage to the concrete floor. (See Section 10 of the lease agreement for terms of Use).
Does IFS offer temperature-controlled units or electricity?
We cannot guarantee any range of temperature inside the unit, nor does our facility provide electricity, however, our units are double vented which allows for some air flow and helps alleviate natural moisture that occurs in the air. Most household items can safely be stored without temperature control using some simple tips!
How do I move out and terminate my lease agreement?
Before moving out, 15 days prior notice is required in writing by email or phone. The unit must be broom swept and free of debris and all locks must be removed. All trash is the responsibility of the Occupant and will be disposed of at Occupant’s expense. Move-outs must take place BEFORE the 1st of the next month’s billing cycle to avoid being charged for a full month’s rent. We DO NOT prorate move-out’s or refund any unused rent.
What length of time is required to rent?
Our rentals are on a month-to-month basis with the minimum length of time being one month so you can always choose how long your rental is. If promotional rates require a minimum length of time, early termination may still occur as long as payment of any prior discounts is made in full before completing your move-out.
Is Insurance Required?
Yes. All tenants are required to obtain renter’s insurance for all stored belongings. A policy may be purchased through IFS Rentals, or if a private policy is in effect, proof of insurance in the form of a declaration page must be provided.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made anytime online through our website, by mail, over the phone during normal office hours or dropped in our secure mailbox/drop box during access hours.
Is there a security deposit?
No, we no longer require a security deposit but instead charge a one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $25 for all new rentals and transfers.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes, we have enclosed 10×20 units available to accommodate vehicles of less than 20 feet long in addition to uncovered outdoor parking. A driver’s license, insurance, registration, and title or lien holder information (if applicable) is required. For outdoor parking, please call for pricing and availability.
What type of lock is required?
Round disk locks with 2 keys may be purchased from our office with your rental.
Can I transfer to a bigger or smaller unit if necessary?
Yes, we can transfer you to a different size unit at any time! Stop by or contact us so we can assist you with this.
Do you offer moving services?
We do not offer moving services at this time but can provide a list of local movers we know and trust to assist with your move.
What measures are taken to ensure clean and pest free units?
Each unit is checked upon move out that it has been maintained and has been broom swept and free of debris. Routine maintenance is also performed to ensure doors and latches are working properly and any other visual concerns are addressed. Units may also be baited with 1-2 small green blocks for rodents as a preventative measure.
